    We provide this Privacy Notice on behalf of Braahmam Entity/ Entities. The data controller is the Entity named, when we collect your Personal Data and as referred you to this Privacy Notice. This Privacy Information explains how we use your personal data: how it is collected, how it is held/ stored, and how it is processed. It also explains your rights under the law relating to your personal data.Alternatively, depending on who you are and our relationship to you, we may be a data processor or a sub-processor of your personal data.If you have any doubt about the data controller and/ or data processor of your Personal Data, please contact us using the information set out in Part 11 of this Privacy Notice.

    Personal data is defined by the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation 2016/679) (the “GDPR”) and the Data Protection Act 2018 (collectively, “the Data Protection Legislation”) as ‘any information relating to an identifiable person who can be directly or indirectly identified in particular by reference to an identifier’.Personal data is, in simpler terms, any information about you that enables you to be identified. This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when you use our Website and other technical information. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our Website, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.

    Business operations information e.g. Project Information, Project files Information related to legal requirements such as Payment received or transferred will be retained forever, as that is needed for fulfilling legal obligations, and is allowed per the Data Protection Regulation.
  1. How and Where Do You Store or Transfer My Personal Data?
    We will store or transfer some of your personal data] within the European Economic Area (the “EEA”). The EEA consists of all EU member states, plus Norway, Iceland, and Liechtenstein.     We store all Personal Data in our secured databases of following platforms:

    • Bitrix24 (self-hosted and secured);
    • Corporate Website (Hosted by third-party providers and secured);
    • SmartCat (Hosted by third-party providers and secured);
    • Woodpecker (Hosted by third-party providers and secured); and
    • E-Mails.

    The security of your personal data is essential to us, and to protect your data, we take a number of important measures, including the following:

    • Limiting access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors, and other third parties with a legitimate need to know and ensuring that they are subject to duties of confidentiality;
    • We have defined and provided access rights to employees, agents, contractors, and other third parties based on the agreed business operations only. These rights are imposed in every way possible with current technologies we have, to maintain the sanctity of data as embodied in Data Protection Regulation;
